Trip to the Fire Station

Alex's preschool class went on a field trip to the fire station on Friday. He had a great time! His favorite part was when they sprayed the water out of the big hose. Also he said that he liked that the firemen were happy.

And Max needed a turn too!

Breaking the Ice

So it's like this. I haven't blogged for so long that every time I think about it I just get discouraged with all the stuff I need to catch up on so I don't do it. It's kind of like my laundry. So I am breaking the ice and blogging about nothing today so that next time I get on it wont seem that bad. One of the reason's I got so behind it that I got a sewing machine for Christmas. Now really I don't know how to sew, I have never used a sewing machine before. So I am learning to sew by making a quiet book, and I work on it any spare second I get. It's almost done, and I am really excited about it! So be prepared for some major catch up posts coming soon!

Here are some pages from my book!

Welch Christmas Party

We had the Welch cousins Christmas party on Saturday. It was very fun, loud, but fun! It was held at my mom and dad's house, which was nice cause it's so close to us. We had delicious food, and fun games of wallyball, and lots of catching up. Santa even made an appearance.

Here is Alex letting Santa know that all he wants for Christmas this year is a ball!

Here is Max enjoying Santa from a safe distance. I didn't get any pictures of Max with Santa, because he was crying and I was intervening.

Thanksgiving Pain!

This year for Thanksgiving it was our turn to go with my mom's side of the family, the Allreds. I always look forward to it because I get to see a lot of my cousins, and we play! We always play dodgeball, lightning, volleyball, and anything else we can think of. My favorite is volleyball, just because I'm not as good at the other stuff. Well this year, I forgot to bring my game shoes, and I sprained my ankle sooooo badly! I took this picture a week after it happened, and the bruise is so massive! It feels like it's never going to get better :( Oh well, I still had fun, and next time I will remember my gym shoes!

My Cute Puppy

One of Max's favorite places to be is in Molly's kennel. He climbs in there almost everyday, and is always hiding his toys in there. Of course Molly doesn't mind because she really likes to chew on his toys. So they are both happy at least :)
