Stein Eriksen Lodge

This weekend we went to Provo for a BBQ at Mark's boss's house. Instead of heading home after the party, we stayed at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City. It was very nice, and it is so fun to have Mark back home after selling in Texas for the summer.

Since I don't have a girl, Max gets to pose for this pretty picture for me :)

Stand for Something!

Max is starting to pull himself up now. Especially when he sees something he wants!
And, alas, I cannot resist a bare baby bum :)

Lincoln County Fair!

My dad had some work to do in Star Valley this week. So we tagged along and went to the fair, and spent time with Linds, Dustin, and Deegan. Alex loved riding on the rides! He went on one ride that went around really fast. He loved it, and went on it three times! Unfortunately an adult had to ride with him on that one. I went twice and Grandma and Lindsey went once. I thought Lindsey was going to puke, but luckily she made it.

Max and Deegan are going to be such good friends!

Max at 9 Months

Max went to the doctor this month for his nine month check up. He is still a skinny little man, but the doctor says he gained a good amount of weight this time. I don't know why he is so skinny; he eats everything that he can get his sticky little hands on! Other that that, he is doing great. He just started crawling, and he is throwing out new sounds everyday. Also he just started doing this cute tongue clicking thing too. He is so sweet and very cute. We love him soooo much! Here are his stats:

Weight: 16lbs 12 oz 5th percentile
Height: 27 3/4 inches 40th percentile
Head: 17 3/4 inches 45 percentile

Mesa Falls

After the parade, we went to Mesa Falls for a picnic. It was so pretty! I love the rainbow that it makes, and of course Alex loved it because he loves to throw things in bodies of water.

There was a little gift shop and museum. They had some animal pelts that you could touch, including this porcupine! Dottie and I touched it very carefully :)

That night we went to Eclipse with Dan and Michelle, and I really liked it. Mark slept through most of it though :) We had such a great trip to Rexburg, and we hope to go again soon!
